Kiritani, the vice-leader of the Kurotorikai yakuza group, is assigned to be the caretaker for Riyo Washizu, the daughter of the Washizugumi organization's grand chairman. Although Kiritani initially thinks this task will be easy because Riyo appears obedient, Kiritani later discovers that Riyo has a specific fetish called 'Yowaraa.' This fetish makes Riyo feel aroused whenever she sees someone strong or tough become weak and helpless. The story focuses on the romantic comedy relationship between the young yakuza lady and her caretaker.
