あらすじ
遠く離れた惑星の小さな大統領であるパピは、乗っ取られた軍隊に捕らえられるのを避けるために地球に逃げます。ドラえもん、ノビタ、そして彼らの友達に歓迎されているにもかかわらず、小さなエイリアンは、彼の敵もこの世界に来ており、この戦争に彼の人間の友人を巻き込むことを望んでいないことに気づきます。ドラえもん、ノビタ、ジャン、スネオ、シズカは、パピを隠して守ろうとする大きな冒険を始める。
