Story
Master sorcerers are rare. Fewer still deal with space and time. So when the empire comes for Eleanor, she escapes to the past with plans to befriend her still-living mother. But the past isn’t what she hoped—she can’t enroll in the academy, her mother is aloof, she’s at odds with the only person willing to help, and they’re also plotting to overthrow the throne.
