Story
Orcas are the rulers of the sea, hunting everything from penguins to whales several times their size with their intelligence and organizational skills! This is a youthful love story about the student council, featuring an orca-like student council president who tries to rule a closed-off, listless school, and Nae, a penguin-like girl who is excited about Shachi and struggles to change the school!
