The short version: read freely, don't abuse the service, and know that news summaries are provided in good faith.
1. Acceptance
By using the AniShiro website or subscribing to the AniShiro newsletter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
AniShiro provides editorial summaries of anime-related news, trailers, release and streaming information, plus a free email newsletter. Content is provided for informational purposes. While we work to be accurate and always show our sources, we cannot guarantee that every third-party report we summarize is correct, and dates or plans announced by studios and platforms can change.
3. Intellectual property
AniShiro's own text, design and branding (including the AniShiro name and kitsune logo) belong to AniShiro. Series names, artwork, trailers and other referenced materials belong to their respective rights holders; we summarize and link rather than republish. If you are a rights holder with a concern, please contact us.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Don't misrepresent AniShiro content as your own or strip source attribution.
- Quoting short excerpts with a link back is welcome.
5. Newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We may pause or discontinue the newsletter at our discretion.
6. Third-party links
We link to sources, official sites and platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniShiro is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on summarized information.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
