Historia

In Country H, following revisions to the Juvenile Law, minors convicted of serious crimes were sent to “rehabilitation facilities” (juvenile reformatories). However, in reality, these were merely nominal punishments where violence reigned supreme. High school student Gen Amemori, subjected to daily bullying, finally faces an injustice when his beloved dog is mauled to death by the dog of Kanemoto, the ringleader of the bullies. Enraged, Gen inflicts serious injuries on Kanemoto and is sent to the reformatory.
