Story
Excel, Hyatt and Elgala are members of the secret society Across! Under the leadership of President Il Palazzo, the days of love, poverty and trouble begin anew with the aim of conquering the city! The slogan is "Hail Il Palazzo!" Note: Contains a newly drawn one-shot for Excel Saga's 25th anniversary project in Young King OURs and a new written short story commemorating the 100th Comic Market.
